Michael LoPresti is a CEO, Consultant, Minister, Entrepreneur, and Communicator. He has over 35-Years of Pastoral and Business experience with an extensive background in Church Lending, Financial Coaching, Leadership Development, Fund Raising, Strategic Planning, Real Estate Acquisition and Development, Pastoral Ministries, and Non-Profit Management. He has a passion to encourage Pastors and Leaders to secure the resources needed to fulfill their God given vision for the future and transform entire communities for God’s Kingdom.

He is the founder of Emerging Church Solutions (A Church/Non- Profit Consulting firm) and Emerging Capital Funding (A Church/Non-Profit Loan Financing firm). The mission of Emerging Church Solutions and Emerging Capital Funding is to help Pastors, Executive Leaders, and Administrators to grow and finance Healthy Churches and Non-Profits who are positively impacting their communities. He holds a degree in Business Administration from John Carroll University and a Ministry Degree from Rhema Bible Training Center.

Lee Allen Jenkins is Managing Principal of Lee Jenkins Stewardship Group; a financial education and consulting firm that helps pastors and church executives make wise financial and business decisions. He is also Founder and Senior Pastor of the 3,000 member Eagles Nest Church in Roswell, Georgia – a church he launched in 2012 with only twenty people.

Previously, Lee had a stellar 25-year career in financial services where he reached the level of Vice President of Investments at two major Wall Street firms: Morgan Stanley Wealth Management and Raymond James & Associates. In 2002, Lee was featured in On Wall Street Magazine as one of the most trusted financial advisors in the industry. His financial advice has been featured numerous times on CNN, Fox News, as well as in USA Today, Black Enterprise, Fortune, and Essence Magazines. He has also appeared on Christian TV networks like TBN and the 700 Club.

Donald Raymond lives in Newnan, GA with his wife Jill (of 17 years) and their son Ethan (7). They enjoy the indoors and the outdoors equally with plenty of seasonal and holiday traditions to share throughout the year. Donald is the drummer in his church’s praise band and Ethan says he will take his place someday. Jill is an EHS director for a leading commercial building material manufacturer and they both have focused on building a life that supports their financial goals while balancing time for family, community, and church commitments.

That focus inspired Donald to officially launch Financial Fitness in 2020 and opened doors to help individuals, small business owners and non-profits to better understand and build winning strategies to help them achieve their financial goals. Donald spent over 20 years preparing for this business, though he didn’t know it at the time, as he graduated with a BSBA from Longwood University in 2001, then over the course of his career in retail, small business ownership and corporate strategic planning and project management he was gaining insights, building relationships and growing convictions that all uniquely prepared him to launch a business that provides its clients with accountability, encouragement, application specific action plans and most importantly, results!
